For Justin Holubitsky, growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and community-minded individuals made Real Estate a natural fit. Since 2009 Justin has grown his business year over year while creating solid relationships and building new friendships with his clients along the way.
Justin is a true community “practitioner” able to navigate the different neighborhoods in Sherwood Park and Edmonton, as well as his commitment to find the best slice of pizza, donair and coffee shop around.
What makes you different from every other Real Estate Agent?
Other than having the best hair in the industry I would have to say it’s my ability to truly listen and understand my clients needs, (insert eye roll here) however, it’s true. Asking detailed questions allows me to really unpack and understand what my clients goals are while having them enjoy their experience from start to finish. Trust is everything when you’re making the largest purchase of your life and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this process with you.
About Meagan
Meagan is the Administrative Coordinator for Justin. She has a customer relations and management background and is the first in her family to receive a Bachelor’s degree. Being organized is key for Meagan and she plays an important part in ensuring the client experience is a positive and memorable one. She is fascinated by how strategy is woven into a well-run business and helps facilitate strategies by working aspects into day-to- day operations.
In her free time, Meagan stays active with Crossfit and hiking. She believes minimalism is key to her happiness and always looks forward to a chance to travel and experience a new and different culture.
